Dr. Wesley was born and raised in Kansas. He attended Kansas State
University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He went on to
receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State in 1986.
Following graduation he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. He practiced for
twenty years in Las Vegas, working in a six person veterinary
practice for the last ten years. While there, he was able to work
alongside some well known board certified surgeons such as Tommy L.
Walker, D.V.M., M.S. and William D. Hoelfe, D.V.M., M.S. He obtained
a wide and diverse background in Veterinary medicine while
practicing in Las Vegas. Due to the hectic Las Vegas lifestyle Dr.
Wesley decided to move his family to the beautiful state of
Colorado. Two and a half years ago he joined the staff here at the
Animal Clinic of Parker and has become an integral part of the
practice. His major area of interest is in canine and feline
medicine and surgery, but he also enjoys working with exotics. Dr. Wesley has been married to his wife Michele for over twenty years. He has three sons Zach age 17, Chase is 15, and Garrett age 9 who all attend Elizabeth schools. In his free time he enjoys participating in his sons’ many activities including soccer, marching band, and wrestling. Dr. Wesley enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, and skiing. He also spends time working around the house and doing landscaping. His favorite sports teams are Kansas States football and basketball teams. Go Wildcats!
